Use the following link on or before five (5) days prior to your next Billing Date to initiate the cancellation process. https://synapsestrength.com/membership-forms/cancel

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION PROCESS YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL THE PROCESS IS FOLLOWED.

If you need to pause your membership for travel or any reason, all you have to do is fill out the membership pause form at https://synapsestrength.com/membership-forms/pause. You may pause an automatically-renewing membership two (2) times a calendar year for up to four (4) weeks per pause.

You must fill out the form on or before five (5) days prior to the day you wish to pause.

You will not be billed during your pause. When you pause, the next scheduled Billing Date will be pushed forward the amount of days of the pause.

With a Doctor’s note, medical pauses are allowed any number of times and for any duration.

You may upgrade your membership only at the end of the membership Term.

Please email james@synapestrength.com with the subject “Membership Upgrade” (without the quotes) on or before 5 days prior to the next Billing Date.

Currently, you can only add an additional class to your restricted membership by purchasing a Drop-In.

If you refer someone who signs up for an automatically-renewing membership, you and your friend will each receive $40 off the following billing period.

Class Reservation FAQ

To reserve a spot in class, use the Pushpress Member Portal App.

Class cancellations are often needed, because #life, but with only 10 members per class allowed it is important to cancel your reservation so a waitlisted member can be afforded the opportunity to take your spot.

  1. You may cancel your reservation to a class up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the class without a penalty.
  2. If you cancel on or after the 15 minutes prior to a class start time, it is considered a late cancellation.

When you late cancel,

  1. if you are on a membership with a limited number of classes, you will lose the class you late cancelled.
  2. if you are on an unlimited class membership you will be charged 15$ per late cancellation.

If you do not cancel your reservation and no show a class, you will accrue the same penalties as a late cancel the first time a no show happens in a calendar month. If you no show more than once in a calendar month you will be charged an additional $10 fee per no show.

Synapse tries to start and end classes on time out of respect for everyone’s busy lives. To make sure you are ready to begin when class starts, you should plan on arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the start time.

If you are habitually late, we will have a conversation about the issue and try to solve it.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to a class, you will not be allowed to join and are considered a No Show.
